The park is divided into zones, catering for both dedicated user groups and members of the public. Whether you want some quiet time on the walking trails, or something more extreme, TECT Park is laid out with your enjoyment in mind. Come and find out for yourself!

    YOUR FUN AND SAFETY

    TECT Park is located on SH36, halfway between Tauranga and Rotorua. The park is relatively remote, and our friendly team of park rangers may not always be nearby to help you. Please plan your trip, and remember, the gates are locked at night. It's also important to note that while TECT Park welcomes lots of user groups, we do not allow hunting.
